Initial Nutrition Consultation

(60 – 75 Minutes): $145 – $170

Your initial assessment with Michelle will be focused on gaining a personal understanding of you and your overall health. Michelle will create a personalised, practical nutrition treatment plan that addresses your concerns and makes you feel good. Michelle see’s clients one-to-one in person or via online consultations.
What to expect:

  • Thorough assessment of your presenting health complaint(s)
  • Comprehensive body systems review
  • Physical assessments such as blood pressure, tongue,
    and nail analyses
  • Detailed dietary and lifestyle analysis
  • Health goal setting
  • Referral for pathology testing and other allied health professionals as required
  • Customised treatment plan including diet, lifestyle, and nutritional supplement recommendations, as required

Return Nutrition Consultation

(15 – 45 Minutes – depending on your needs):
$50 – $110

Follow up consultations (15-45 mins depending on your needs) provide continued education and support, opportunity to discuss progress, and make any adjustments to help you reach your goals. You may also like ongoing education and support via additional consultations or weekly coaching check-ins to keep you accountable and help with goal setting.

What to expect:

  • Review and assess initial health complaint(s), and re-conduct any necessary physical assessments, dietary and/or lifestyle analysis
  • Address any new presenting complaints
  • Review of goal setting
  • Customised treatment plan including diet, nutritional and herbal supplement recommendations, as required
  • Tailored remedies delivered to you
  • Ongoing email support

Initial Phone Assessment

(10 Minutes): Free

This is an obligation free phone chat for prospective clients who would like to know more about what Michelle does and discuss their health concerns to determine if she am the right practitioner for them.

  • Outline of how I may assist you in improving your health

Things to Note

Rebates: These may be available with your private health provider depending on your level of cover. Please check with your fund to determine if you are entitled to any rebates for nutrition.

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking value.
