Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No, you do not require a referral to make an appointment.
How do I make an appointment?
Please contact me using one of the options on the Contact page. The easiest way is to either fill out the online form or to email [email protected].
What should I bring to my appointment?
If you have any relevant test or examination results, like from previous blood or urine tests, please bring them along. If you’re taking any supplements, then it would be great if you could please bring
(1) a photo of the supplements so I can see all the information
or
(2) a detailed list noting the brand name, supplement name, dose and details of how much/how often you take.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Please contact me as soon as you can by email [email protected] or by phone call/SMS to 0400 220 426.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking value.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment is via EFT, Michelle Brownstein Nutrition will issue you an invoice with relevant bank details. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for initial consultations.
